Estate grown Pinot Noir from P + B Adelaide Hills Vineyard are hand-picked and hand-plunged, before being transferred to French Oak Barrels for 6 months maturation. Aromatics of fresh red strawberry, cherry and rhubarb lead into the palate displaying flavours of bright red fruits, delicate spice and fresh acidity.
